On May 25, Professor Alexander I. Nosich, Institute of Radio-Physics and Electronics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kharkiv, Ukraine gave a presentation on "Method of Analytical Regularization as a Reliable Instrument in Computational Photonics" at the Electromagnetic Systems Group. The presentation dealt with analytical regularization of integral equations for analysis of photonic components; e.g. modelling of the lasing thresholds of modes of microcavity lasers.
