The facility, including a 4 x 4 x 10 m shielded room lined with radio absorbing materials and the adjoining control room, is located on the 2nd floor of the existing building 353 and it will complement the future test facilities in the new building 357. The facility will be used for scattering measurements in the microwave frequency range supporting research and teaching as well as external co-operations; the first company project is already on-going and several student projects are planned for the fall term.
