Electromagnetic Systems group receives highest Quality of Teaching evaluation in the European School of Antennas

DTU Elektro’s Electromagnetic Systems group is partner in the European School of Antennas (ESoA) and gives every second year a one-week Ph.D.-level course “Advanced Spherical Near-Field Antenna Measurement Techniques” involving the theory and practice in the operation of the DTU-ESA Spherical Near-Field Antenna Test Facility. In ESoA’s recent 2012 annual report, all 23 courses from 2011-12 given by the ESoA partners have been ranked according to the Average Quality of Teaching (AOT) based on evaluations among the participating students; the AOT can range from 0 to 1. It is seen in the figure below, that all ESoA courses receive high scores above 0,80 with an average of 0,90 – and that DTU receives the highest score of 0,96. The DTU course is given by Jeppe M. Nielsen, Sergey N. Pivnenko, and Olav Breinbjerg.
